INGREDIENTS: For the dough: Yeast - 50g Warm water - 250 cc Sugar - tspn All purp. Flour - 500 g Oil - 60 cc Salt - 2 tbspn For the filling: Onions - 3, diced Tomatoes - 2, diced Garlic - 3 cloves, chopped Red Pepper - 1, julienne cut Hake or Sole - 4 fillets, cubed Tuna - 1 can, crumbled Green olives - 100g Egg - 1, beaten Saffron - 1 capsule Parsley - 1 tspn Oil - a/n Salt and pepper - to taste
