Pollo Tropical and Woman in Distress have teamed up for the Second Annual Helping Handhelds Campaign. Starting Tuesday March 1, anyone who donates unwanted cell phones to Pollo Tropical will receive the choice of a free Shrimp Quesadilla Wrap, or Chicken Quesadilla Wrap.
