For the dough:

All purp. Flour - 500 g
Oil - 60 cc

For the filling:
Onions - 3, diced

Garlic - 3 cloves, chopped
Red Pepper - 1, julienne cut
Hake or Sole - 4 fillets, cubed
Tuna - 1 can, crumbled
Green olives - 100g
Egg - 1, beaten
Saffron - 1 capsule
Parsley - 1 tspn
